REL is recruiting for Water / Wastewater Operator to assist in the daily operations of client community’s small water and wastewater systems.

Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Conduct daily site visits to client homes

• Evaluate system operations

• Conduct compliance samplings

• System maintenance

• Complete systems reporting

Qualifications for the position:

• High school diploma required

• A minimum of two years of related work

• Excellent organizational, planning and ability to effectively manage time

• Good problem solving skills

• Valid Illinois driver’s license and good driving record

• Ability to operate a personal computer with various software programs
