Description

Robinson is seeking a motivated self-starter for the role of Marketing Specialist - Graphics & Communications. The position is full-time and based out of the Frankfort office. This position provides support for the technical staff and marketing team through communications, report creation, proposal layout, copywriting and some graphic design. This role will also be responsible for executing marketing strategies and campaigns using graphic design, communications, and other skills as needed.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Design graphics, layouts, and illustrations (flyers, exhibits, web banners, brochures, ads, mass e-mails, etc.)
  • Implement corporate brand guidelines; ensure company brand consistency across all media
  • Website design & content creation (Wix platform)
  • Support technical staff’s marketing & communication activities by creating reports and presentations (PPT, etc.)
  • Write content, edit, proofread, and distribute content for stock materials, reports, and other communications
  • Maintain and develop expansive stock materials library & file management
  • Proposal Lead: 1-2 per month minimum
  • Assist with creation, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns and research
  • Photography, video editing & production, and computer graphics/animations, as needed (1-2 videos per month)
  • Focus on WIP (work-in-progress) tracking, personal efficiency, and on-going training
  • Data entry, database management & architecture, as needed
  • Assist with additional marketing projects as assigned
Qualifications:

Required
  • 5+ years of high volume professional experience in marketing / graphic design / communications
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral (able to conduct a meeting or give a presentation)
  • Superior organizational skills – digitally and in real life
  • Experience executing design and production print materials (with both in-house printers and out sourcing)
  • Professional experience with Adobe CC (InDesign & Photoshop) & Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook)
  • Able to meet deadlines and manage workload effectively
Preferred
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in graphic design, communications, marketing, or related field
  • Deltek Vision database management & architecture experience
  • A/E/C industry experience and knowledge
  • Print production experience
