Description

Would you like the opportunity to be our next Water Engineer? As a Water Engineer at Robinson, you will have the opportunity to complete designs working on all aspects of water/sanitary mains, pumping stations, and water/wastewater treatment plants from inception through construction. You will have the opportunity to make an impact in communities such as Itasca, Frankfort, South Holland, Bourbonnais, Monee and Merrillville, Indiana.

Your New Opportunity

  • Designing water mains for new or replacement systems
  • Computer modeling of water systems
  • Water source studies
  • Studying and designing water treatment plants
  • Assisting in preparing proposals for related projects

Your Background and Credentials

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering
  • An active EIT or PE license in the state of Illinois
  • A minimum of 5 years experience
  • Experience with Microsoft products, specifically Word and Excel, is required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and relationship building skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
