As a New Grad at Robinson, you will have the opportunity to start your career by developing your skills in a series of disciplines such as transportation, sewer and water infrastructure projects. This role provides for limitless opportunities in your professional growth by working with a team of experienced engineers and mentors. Your New Opportunity

  • Performing design calculations for transportation, sewer, and water infrastructure
  • Preparing design specifications
  • Preparing quantity take-offs and detailed cost estimates
  • Facilitating permits with regulatory agencies
  • Performing site visits and construction observation
  • Reviewing engineering plans for conformance with local ordinances


Your Background and Credentials

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering
  • Previous experience through an engineering internship is highly preferred
  • Successful completion of the FE exam is expected within one year of employment
  • Experience with Microsoft products, specifically Word and Excel, is required
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D and/or ArcGIS is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and relationship building skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
