Your New Opportunity

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to provide first-level technical support for employees across a growing multi-office organization. This role will focus primarily on desktop support, user assistance, endpoint deployment, onboarding/offboarding support, and day-to-day technical troubleshooting for both local and remote users.

The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, a service-oriented mindset, and experience supporting Windows-based environments and Microsoft 365 technologies. This individual will work closely with internal IT team members, vendors, and employees across the organization to ensure technology issues are resolved efficiently while maintaining a positive user experience.

This is a hands-on technical support role best suited for someone who enjoys helping users, solving technical problems, and supporting a fast-paced business environment.

  • Provide first-level technical support for desktop computers, laptops, printers, applications, and related technology for local and remote users
  • Respond to help desk tickets, troubleshoot technical issues, and escalate more complex problems when necessary
  • Install, configure, image, and deploy new computer systems, peripherals, and mobile devices
  • Assist users with password resets, account access requests, and basic software support
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding by preparing devices, user accounts, permissions, and system access
  • Perform routine hardware maintenance, software updates, patching, and endpoint support activities
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal IT team members to resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Set up, test, and troubleshoot audio/visual equipment for meetings and organizational events
  • Maintain accurate documentation of support requests, hardware inventory, technical procedures, and resolutions
  • Support remote users through phone, email, remote access tools, and in-person assistance when needed
  • Assist with maintaining IT equipment inventory and lifecycle management processes
  • Participate in occasional after-hours maintenance or support activities when required


Your Background and Credentials

  • Associate degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of hands-on IT support, help desk, or desktop support experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Experience supporting Windows-based desktop and laptop environments
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and user support
  • Experience with Active Directory account administration and password management
  • Basic understanding of networking, printers, and endpoint hardware support
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests effectively
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel occasionally between office locations
  • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Microsoft 365 administration
  • Experience with endpoint imaging and deployment processes
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Intune or endpoint management platforms
  • Experience supporting conference room and audio/visual technology
  • CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or related certifications preferred

The pay range for this position is $28 - $35 per hour. Final compensation is dependent on multiple factors including years of experience, any applicable licensure and/or certifications, and internal pay structures.
