Would you like the opportunity to be our next Sourcing Specialist?  As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will have the opportunity to source and recruit candidates, and to develop and foster relationships that will make an impact in our industry and our talent pipeline.

Your New Opportunity

  • Source high-quality candidates and build pipelines for active engineering roles based on requirements specified by hiring managers
  • Seek and engage passive candidates
  • Generate and track leads
  • Join and participate in engineering associations to gain network contacts and candidate contacts in the engineering industry
  • Develop ongoing relationships with college campus placement offices and coordinate and attend all college recruiting efforts
  • Develop recruiting strategies and utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, CareerBuilder, and other college, alumni and engineering association websites
  • Stay up to date on all company activities in our industry – clients and competition – so we can take advantage of connecting with candidates when downsizing occurs within our industry or related industries
  • Attend company/business development events to better understand the business and to gain networking opportunities
  • Manage confidential candidate information with appropriate discretion

Your Background and Credentials

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, or Human Resources
  • 5+ Years of experience working in full cycle recruiting/talent
  • Experience recruiting technical engineers
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience in professional services, consulting or engineering is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple high priority searches simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to create and maintain relationships with leadership and hiring managers across the organization at all levels
  • Able to initiate and follow through on assignments
  • Experience with MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
